Team and Role Introduction:
We are the marketing solution product team in Lazada, who is taking care of advertising product to serve our sellers and brands to grow their business on Lazada.

2. 深入理解业务阶段和产品目标，负责从市场调研、需求分析、方案设计、项目管理、产品运营及广告主反馈。
3. 收集等全链路管理，数据驱动增长。
4. 深入洞察客户诉求，与商家团队、本地业务团队合作，撬动服务商生态的发展，帮助商家成长。
Responsibility:
1. In charge of product planning and design for advertisement, including advertiser performance monitor, advertiser platform and 3rd party ecosystem.
2. Deeply understand the business model and target. In charge of the entire product life cycle including marketing research, requirement analysis, solution design, project management, product go to market plan and feedback consolidation.
3. Rely on data-driven insights to improve the performance.
4. Deeply understand and dig out the advertiser requirements. Work with seller team and local teams to leverage the business value from sellers and 3rd party ecosystem and help them growth.

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

1.五年及以上B端产品经验，对效果广告、广告主平台、服务商生态和平台搭建有经验的优先。
2. 熟悉商业化广告投放的策略、分析和落地。
3. 优秀的数据分析能力，熟练SQL和excel的优先。
4. 富有激情、主动性强，有良好的团队协作意识；学习能力强，愿意接受挑战，具备较强的抗压性。
5. 较强的执行力，有良好的团队合作精神。
6. 具备较流利的英语读写能力，有海外留学经历/海外工作背景/国际化公司背景者优先考虑。
Competencies & Experience required:
1. 5+ years of professional experience in advertisement platform related product. Working experience in advertiser platform or 3rd party ecosystem are preferred.
2. Solid knowledge of advertisement product strategy, analysis and rollout.
3. Good ability of data analysis and data insight. Excellent SQL and excel skills are preferred.
4. Full of passion and strong initiative. Have a good sense of teamwork and strong learning ability. Be willing to accept challenges.
5. Strong executive ability and team spirit.
6. Fluent in English reading and writing. Overseas studying experience / working background / international company background is preferred.
